Draft research integrity policy

The draft research integrity policy is now closed for comment.

This policy has been developed to set out the principles underlying research integrity and the responsible conduct of research and to provide the overarching research governance framework for the responsible conduct of research by RMIT staff and students engaged in research:

a. To ensure that RMIT University adheres to the principles and practices set out in the Australian Code for the Responsible Conduct of Research (2007).

b. To provide a framework for developing related research policies, procedures and guidelines to enable adherence with the Code and all legislative and regulatory requirements.

c. To demonstrate the commitment of RMIT University to provide an environment of education and support for best research practice.
