Engaging with eResearch: A half day workshop
This workshop aims to get dialogue going between different disciplines using massive data, high-end computational services and other major ICT hardware and software infrastructure supporting research.
eResearch tools will also be of interest as we try to connect to government funding for software development supporting researchers.
Highlights
- Dr. Ross Wilkinson, Executive Director of Australian National Data Service (ANDS) will be giving a talk on ‘Research Data - a Partnership: Researchers, Institutions and National Data Services’ from 2.00-2.45 pm.
- Prof Daine Alcorn, Deputy Vice Chancellor, Research & Innovation will be giving a brief speech on ‘Research Strategy’
- And many other interesting talks.
