Choose the fee payment option that’s right for you.

Please note that if you fail to pay all of your fees and charges by the due date on your tax invoice, you are deemed to be a University debtor. Debtors are not permitted to enrol, add classes, obtain a transcript of results or a Statement of Academic Completion, or receive an award until the debt is cleared.

RMIT University online payments

Use the official RMIT University online payments system to pay for:

  • tuition fees
  • materials fees
  • administration fees, and
  • Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC)

The benefits of using this system include:

  • Secure site links to real-time credit card payments (VISA and Mastercard).
  • Convenience of being able to pay anywhere with an Internet connection.
  • Validate payments using only your RMIT student number.
  • Option to have a receipt emailed to you.

Payment in person at the Hub

Present your RMIT tax invoice at the Hub. Payment is by EFTPOS and credit card only. RMIT does not accept cash or cheques. Students should note that delays may be experienced during peak times.

To use the fee payments listed options below you will need to refer to a copy of your tax invoice.

Australia Post

Use your tax invoice to make payment:

  • in person at any Post Office – cheque, money order, cash or giroPost withdrawal.
  • by telephone 13 18 16 – credit card (MasterCard or Visa), or your registered cheque or savings account
  • online at postbillpay.com.au – credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or your registered cheque or savings account.

Please allow two business days for payments to clear.

BPAY

Contact your participating financial institution to make payments from your cheque account, savings account or credit card. Please quote RMIT's Biller Code (24364) and your student account ID number (SAIN), which is listed on the top right corner of your invoice). Visit the BPAY website for more information.

Please allow two business days for payments to clear.

RMIT does not provide a receipt when a payment is made via this method. If you would like proof of your payment, please print your BPAY receipt page at the time of payment and note your receipt number.

BPOINT

BPOINT: Internet

Pay online by credit card.

Visit the BPOINT website to make a payment from your VISA or MasterCard. Please quote your student account ID number (SAIN), which is listed on the top right corner of your invoice).

BPOINT: Phone

Pay by phone using your credit card.

To make a phone payment using BPOINT call 1300 276 468 from within Australia and follow the prompts. Please quote Biller Code (24364) and your student account ID number (SAIN), which is listed on the top right corner of your invoice).

Please allow two business days for payments to clear.

RMIT does not provide a receipt when a payment is made via this method. If you would like proof of your payment, please print your BPoint receipt page at the time of payment and note your receipt number.
