Managers, Client Relations
Property Services provides a dedicated Manager, Client Relations (MCR) for every College, Portfolio and Group within RMIT University. The MCR is responsible for assisting RMIT staff to access the range of services provided by Property Services. The MCR should be the initial point of contact within Property Services for assisting with service requirements that cannot be dealt with through the Service Desk.
The MCRs will facilitate access to services provided by various Property Services branches and introduce relevant Property Services staff, who will then be responsible for the delivery of their component of the RMIT staff member’s requirements.

Property Services’ locations
Property Services main office is located on the City campus, Building 105, Level 10 (501 Swanston Street, Melbourne, near the corner of Swanston and Victoria Streets). See the City campus map.
