- The Guide to teaching with technology provides advice and information on many technologies used for teaching at RMIT – in classrooms, lecture theatres, laboratories, studios and online – and illustrates them with examples and case studies from RMIT staff.

Blackboard is RMIT's learning management system, which provides a variety of applications and tools to facilitate and support online education.
- The Learning Hub is the point of entry for staff to online teaching and learning resources, including Blackboard materials.

Lectopia is a recording system installed in various lecture theatres across the University, which captures the audio and/or on-screen components of a lecture for students to download via Blackboard.

Blackboard Collaborate (Elluminate) is web-based audio-conferencing software that enables lecturers/teachers and students to interact and collaborate in a real-time virtual classroom environment.

Personal Response Systems enable real time class feedback for both teaching staff and students. This site provides further information about the system, and allows teaching staff to borrow kits from the RMIT Library for use in their classes.

ePortfolios assist students in tracking the development of their learning, knowledge, skills and abilities over time. This site provides advice and assistance for the use of ‘Pebble Pad’ ePortfolios.

iTunes U provides information, videos and podcasts from a wide range of universities that can be accessed via Apple’s iTunes application. ‘RMIT on iTunes U’ contains content created by both staff and students – and new contributions are welcome!
