Employee Self Service (ESS)

Keyboard Employee Self Service (ESS) provides staff with access to view, and in some cases update, their own data in the University’s SAP system. Any changes you make in ESS will update your record immediately.

Please note: As part of Information Technology Services’ important regular upgrades to ESS and ECC (SAP), an interruption to service will be required as follows:

  • 5 pm Friday 31 May - 6pm Sunday 2 June

If you have any queries, please visit the IT service status web page or contact the IT Service Desk.
