Statute 5.1 - Awards
Statute
1. The University may confer any award currently approved and published by the Academic Registrar:
2. The Council may make Regulations with respect to
(a) the requirements for any award including the maximum period that a candidate may be enrolled for that award
(b) the requirements for the conferring of any award whether such conferring shall be at a graduation ceremony or in absentia including the payment of any graduation fees and any other monies owing to the University; and
(c)prescribing or providing for any other matter for which it is necessary or expedient to prescribe or provide for the purposes f this Statute
3. Regulations made pursuant to this Statute will come into effect when displayed on the university’s Statutes and Regulations Website.
