Podcast directory
The RMIT podcast directory is a centralised location for all available podcasts within the University. Simply click the desired link to listen or watch an item, or right click to download and play on your computer or portable device. All RMIT podcasts and vodcasts are free.
RMIT staff can submit their podcasts or vodcasts for inclusion to interact@rmit.edu.au.
What are podcasts?
Podcasts are multimedia content files, such as audio and video. Podcasts can be played on a computer or a portable device if it offers MP3 playback. Vodcasts can be watched on a computer, or a portable device that supports video playback. Videos are most commonly available in MOV/MP4 or MPG formats which are playable by a wide array of free software such as the VLC Media Player or Quicktime.
Some podcasts are subscription based and will be indicated with an RSS icon 
prior to the link. You can use a free web based “feed reader” such as Google Reader ,or offline software such as Juice Receiver or iTunes to subscribe.
