ITS projects

Information Technology Services (ITS) is responsible for managing the delivery of approved IT projects to meet the University’s education and research objectives and administrative system requirements.

Our tailored Project Management Framework ensures consistent processes are adhered to from the time an IT requirement is identified through to its delivery.

Given the size, duration and cost of these types of projects, the ITS Program Management Office manages a structured framework by which projects are administered. This includes:

  • communicating the status of projects
  • guiding Project Managers in the usage of project management methodologies and tools

The Program Management Office is also responsible for administering the annual Program of Work.
