Register here to see Jeff Potter, best selling author of Cooking for Geeks: Real Science, Great Hacks, and Good Food.
Jeff Potter is the author of Cooking for Geeks: Real Science, Great Hacks, and Good Food, which The Washington Post has called “one of the most useful books on understanding cooking.”
RMIT is proud to host Jeff as a special guest during Science Week. During this FREE event, Jeff will talk about his passion for kitchen gadgets and perfect recipes, and demonstrate the science of cooking. Join Jeff and take part in a very unusual taste test that lets you learn about sensory perceptions.
MC'd by Australia's own Josh Earl, who despite being a total hipster manages to sell out his Melbourne Comedy Festival shows without selling out in the Bob Dylan-goes-electric sense.
Attendees will go into the draw to win a signed copy of Jeff's book, Cooking for Geeks: Real Science, Great Hacks, and Good Food.
