Wellness Research

Wellness is engaged in a range of research projects including wellness assessment, and clinical research into detoxification, nutraceuticals, herbal medicine, yoga, meditation, breathing therapies, complementary medicine use, sleep and jet lag, sauna and spa therapies and lifestyle interventions.

Research and supervision of research is available in Masters and PhD research programs. Wellness research members have special interests and expertise in holistic medicine, complementary therapies, and studies relevant to the new field of wellness. Wellness is actively increasing its research activities.
