At RMIT, students can get involved in a unique range of volunteer programs. They can fuel their passion while developing personal, leadership and employability skills.
Volunteering and leadership opportunities
Many of our activities and events would not be as successful without the involvement of volunteers. By becoming a volunteer with RMIT, students can:
- play a key role at events on the University calendar, eg.- Orientation and Open Day
- be the voice of their student body
- lead our trips and tours
- support artistic and sporting activities such as the running of clubs and collectives
- assist in organising and delivering programs such as sporting challenges, theatre productions and exhibition programs
- prepare for and manage teams at the University Games
- assist the Student Union with communications, activities and events, and student rights and appeals.
