Keeping healthy this Ramadan
Do you know what foods you can eat, or how you will manage any medical conditions this Ramadan?
Student Services has produced a fact sheet to assist you to stay healthy during the Islamic month of fasting. The Healthy fasting during Ramadan fact sheet covers important points, including types of food to avoid, what to do if you are unwell and whether you should exercise.
