Bicycle Survey
The survey has now closed. For the more than 1,300 people who completed the survey, we thank you for your participation. Survey results will be available later this year. Winners of the iPad and the CBD Cycle voucher will be announced in early October.
RMIT University collaborated with Bicycle Victoria to survey the commuting habits of RMIT students and staff.
The survey was conducted to determine why some members of the University community choose to ride their bikes to RMIT and others choose to use public transport or drive to work.
Purpose
The survey results will be used to help shape the development of a University-wide Bicycle Plan, which will outline a strategy to increase the number of staff and students who ride bicycles to work.
By encouraging more students and staff to ride to work and class, RMIT University is further contributing to the reduction of carbon emissions and helping to enhance the health and wellbeing of the University community.
Prizes
Staff and students who participate in the survey will also have the chance to win either a:
- 32GB iPad or
- a Cycle CBD voucher valued at $300.
The online survey closed on Friday, 17 September.
